Responsible Life, an international financial services firm, based in the heart of Royal William Yard, Plymouth are currently recruiting for the role of Information Centre Co-ordinator to join their award winning team.

The position represents a great opportunity to join a fast paced company who have been growing year on year within an industry which is experiencing accelerated growth. The role of the Information Centre Co-ordinator is to handle effectively online equity release web enquiries and in-bound calls through to our team.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs
  • Building rapport and trust with the customer through open and interactive communication
  • Answer customer questions, provide factual information on the product and address any misconceptions
  • Qualify the customer and their property against the lending criteria
  • Manage advisers diaries and co-ordinate appointments for interested enquirers

You will be working as part of a team of co-ordinators in modern, comfortable offices and have everything you need to do your role effectively. We are are looking for people who can display the following qualifications and characteristics:

The successful candidate can expect to earn a competitive basic salary and with the training and development we provide you will able to take advantage of a very generous commission scheme. After a year we would be expecting total earnings to be in excess of £22,000 with the majority of people earning in excess of this. Which is very competitive for what is a non-sales role. There is NO cold calling in this position and all the customers we speak to have expressed an interest in hearing from us.

This is a full time, permanent position with a two week shift pattern as follows:

 

Week 1:

Mon: 09.00 – 20.00

Tues: 11.00 – 20.00

Wed: 12.00 – 20.00

Thurs: 12.00 – 20.00

 

Week 2:

Mon: 09.00 – 20.00

Tues: 11.00 – 20.00

Wed: 12.00 – 20.00

Thurs:12.00 – 20.00

Fri: 14.00 – 20.00

Sat: 11.00 – 17.00
